As commonly known in the customized, personalized products industry, no returns are accepted unless, we make a mistake with your order, error and or the item itself has a factory damage such as the sewing etc.
This is rare because we check each and every product while in production and during the shipping process.
Never the less if there is a problem with the order, this shall be reported to us immediately, no later then 48 hours after receiving same and or not after the event's date
( No exceptions )
All visible problem claims require that you send us a picture via email depicting same.
We are not responsible for problems or damages incurred while in the hands of the USPS. Any problems and or damages during in transit if any, should be brought up to the attention of your local USPS office.
